IORA WEBINAR: UTILIZATION OF SATELLITE SERVICES FOR FISH STOCK ASSESSMENT AND A CLIMATE WARMING SYSTEM

COFREPECHE organizes in the context of the French Development Agency (AFD) funded project “Technical assistance for the Implementation of the IORA (Indian Ocean Rim Association) Action Plan on fisheries, Aquaculture and the Marine Environment”, a webinar on “Utilization of satellite services for fish stock assessment and a climate warming system”.

The webinar will take place on 30th of November 2021 from 07:00 to 09:30 (GMT) and will be hosted by the IORA Secretariat in collaboration with the AFD technical assistance team. It will be introduced by the IORA Secretariat and will be moderated by the COFREPECHE technical assistance team.

The specific objective of this webinar is to share improved knowledge on stock assessment and sustainable fisheries management practices through utilization of satellite services for fish stock assessment and a climate warming system.
